Ft. Bliss Practical Pistol Club
Ft. Bliss Practical Pistol Club is a member of the United States Practical Shooting Association (USPSA). We’ve been shooting USPSA matches at Ft. Bliss Rod & Gun Club since the early 80’s, and actually started on Biggs Field where the original Ft. Bliss Rod and Gun Club was. We shoot the 2nd Saturday of each month. Our matches usually consists of 3 field courses and one USPSA Classifier.
Start time is 10:00 AM. We shoot on Range 2, bays A, B, C, and D.
We advise that a shooter bring 200 rounds of ammo for the match.
****SAFETY NOTE**** We strictly adhere to USPSA’s Safety Protocol. Please be advised that all firearms brought to our match are to be unloaded, as we operate from a “Cold Range”. We have “Safety Areas” that are clearly identified and allow one unbag/bag, check sights, show their gun to others and perform repair/maintenance. You are not allowed to handle any ammunition in the safety area. Also, eye and ear protection are mandatory for both the shooter and guest.
We look forward to seeing you on the range!
